If you are missing an item from an Esports event or stream, you can submit a ticket through this support site for review.
Note: items from events/streams can take up to two weeks to be fully processed. If you are still within this time frame, please wait for until the end of the delivery period before creating a ticket.
When submitting a ticket, please include as many details as possible including:
- Gamertag - and your old gamertag if you've recently updated it
- Name of the missing item(s) that you claimed but did not receive
- Promotion associated with the giveaway
- Pro League Stream
- Event Stream
- Event Participation
- Name and date of the event that you watched/participated in
- If available, screenshot of the stream/error with your gamertag visible
Note: each request and gamertag will be verified and reviewed for eligibility. We take fraudulent claims very seriously and submitting one may result in your account being banned from support services.
