If you've redeemed a code, but are not seeing the content in-game please ensure that the code was redeemed successfully by reviewing your Xbox Live Account history.
- If the redemption is not showing, then it may not have been successful or was redeemed to another account. Check out Xbox's code troubleshooting for next steps.
- If the redemption is showing in your history, close the game and restart your console to refresh your inventory. Should the content not appear the next time you launch the game, please take a screenshot with your gamertag/email visible and reach out to our team directly via the contact link below.
