If your bonus content is not appearing in your Inventory, please complete the following:
- Check that you have downloaded the DLC files associated with the missing content.
- Reboot Gears 5, then re-check your Inventory.
- If the content is still not there, please hard reset your device and relaunch the title.
Should your purchase still not appear, please submit a Support ticket.
Note: if multiple users are playing on a single Gears 5 Ultimate Edition license, the bonuses will only be applied to one account. For game pre-orders, the content is applied to the first account that loads the game; for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the content is applied to the subscriber.
